Pierre Hermé offers a new Infiniment Gourmande interpretation of the Fétish Mogador flavour. On a delicately crumbly chocolate shortbread base, pieces of pineapple roasted with passion fruit contrast with the creaminess of a milk chocolate and passion fruit ganache combined with the soft texture of a moist chocolate biscuit. A milk chocolate and passion fruit chantilly cream finishes the tasting on a sweet and tangy note.
