The Infiniment Pistache shortbread provides a crispy and intensely fruity base. The pistachio praline reveals indulgent, slightly toasted notes, balanced by the creaminess of the Iranian pistachio Chantilly cream. The orange blossom mascarpone cream subtly flavours the whole and prolongs the tasting experience with a delicate floral touch.
