The iconic Mogador becomes a Nomad. Pierre Hermé chisels out all the facets of this dessert with the House's fetish flavors. A combination where milk chocolate softens the acidity of the passion fruit and underlines the caramelized notes of the roasted pineapple in a play of textures where the crunchy, the crispy and the creamy are intimately mixed.
