This unique log is a fantasy, a sculpture inspired by the work of Courtney Mattison. The dome of this exceptional log is revealed in an imposing chocolate sculpture. The chocolate sculptures surrounding it are filled with chocolate bonbons, caramelised hazelnuts, mendiants or Infiniment Noisette praline, then assembled and painted by hand to form an extraordinary reef weighing nearly 12kg! A work of art requiring many hours of work by our artisan chocolatiers.
Piece for 10/12 people. Delivery by courier in Paris and Île-de-France on 23rd and 24th December.
Storage and consumption advices
Store in its box in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Cut sufficiently large slices using a knife that has been dipped in hot water and wiped dry..
