Signature creation

For the signature creation, Pierre Hermé draws inspiration from Mini Puzzle Stone, created by American sculptor Christopher Curtis, imagining a replica that is true to life. Blending play with creation, he gives unexpected volume to this nearly 4-kilogram puzzle, combining dark chocolate and milk chocolate set on a base of infinitely almond-rich praline. Between balance and wonder, intuition and mystery, the piece stands on a base conceived as a gaming table, where each drawer holds a surprise: chess pieces, dominoes, an edible puzzle, dice (non-edible), and a filled chocolate bar as a trophy.

Pièce d'Exception

For his exceptional piece, Pierre Hermé transforms the fairground claw machine into an extraordinary chocolate creation. Toys give way to eggs of varying sizes in dark, milk, or caramelised blond chocolate, ready to be picked at will. Between wonder, suspense, and excitement, the hand turns into a claw to grasp the egg of one’s dreams. A creation of nearly 7 kilograms of chocolate, combining nostalgia and craftsmanship.

Colombes

What would Easter be without its Colombe? Guided by the expertise of his friend Iginio Massari, Pierre Hermé imagines his Colombe in the purest Italian tradition, using a natural sourdough starter and flour sourced from Italy. Their distinctive flavours—chocolate or Ispahan—and their light, melt-in-the-mouth texture make them essentials of the Easter celebrations.
