Storage and consumption advices
Store in a dry place (ideally between +14°C and +16°C), away from odours, light and humidity.
For your information, Pierre Hermé recommends preparing hot chocolate with water, as he believes this brings out the pure flavour of the cocoa. Water allows the intensity and depth of the chocolate to shine through, without the roundness and sweetness that milk adds. Whereas milk envelops and softens, water reveals the chocolate's true character, making it more direct, almost raw.
