An iconic creation from the Maison, no Christmas celebration is complete without an Ispahan Yule log. A legendary trio where the sweetness of rose meets the floral notes of lychee, enlivened by bright raspberry, all on a base of soft biscuit and crunchy macaron.
Available in individual, 3/4 and 6/8 person sizes.
Ingredients
Presence of rose extract in buttercream: no cooked.
Storage and consumption advices
Store in its box in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
Cut into slices that are wide enough using a knife that has been dipped in hot water and wiped dry.
