Inspired by the pleasure of dipping a croissant into coffee, this new interpretation of the Infiniment Café croissant combines delicate, buttery layers of pastry with Gédéo coffee from Ethiopia and almond paste. Accented with a crisp, caramelised coffee nougatine, the coffee’s exquisite notes of jasmine, citrus and red berries are beautifully intensified.
