What makes this cake special is its melting texture, enhanced by the pecan nuts. On tasting, the Madagascar Vanilla comes through with a gentle, deep flavour. The caramel adds a rich, indulgent note, slightly enhanced by a hint of fleur de sel, whilst the crushed, roasted pecans introduce an unexpected crunch and a subtle bitterness that lingers on the palate.
