To inspire and be inspired – that is Pierre Hermé’s delight. Recalling the extraordinary flavour of a chocolate Panettone made by his friend, the Italian pastry chef Iginio Massari, he has adapted the recipe into a homemade version featuring the powerful notes of Grand Cru Araguani cocoa and pieces of candied orange. So moist you’ll devour it in a single bite.
