- 3 Macarons Elysée, with Corsican lemon cream and New Caledonian vanilla ganache, and orange blossom flavouring made in Grasse.
- 3 Macarons Ispahan, a subtle blend of rose cream and the floral notes of lychee, enhanced by the freshness of raspberry.
- 2 Macarons Infiniment Vanille, a blend of three vanillas from different origins — Mexican vanilla, floral and chocolatey; Madagascan vanilla, woody with notes of liquorice and dried fruit; and Tahitian vanilla, rich, powerful and with a hint of aniseed.

Storage and consumption advices
Pierre Hermé Paris macarons should be consumed within 4 days following their purchase. Flavours are at their best when the macarons are kept at the bottom of the fridge (+4°C/ +6°C) and brought back to room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Defrosted product, do not refreeze. Deep freezing allows us to limit the use of preservatives and guarantees you to enjoy the best organoleptic quality.
