    A chilled creation based around the flavours and textures of hazelnut, intoxicating for its infinite voluptuousness. This resolutely gourmand ice cream, reveals the sweet and mellow aroma of hazelnut, worked into a rich cream and punctuated by pieces of caramelised hazelnut. An ice cream with intense aromas, an over-the-top indulgence.

    Available in container of 160ml & 940ml, ice creams and sorbets can be transported in our special insulated packaging containing a cooling insert which maintains its proper temperature for approximately 45 minutes.

    Ingredients

    Ingredients : Whole MILK, HAZELNUT 19%, sugar, cream (MILK), glucose syrup, water, EGG yolk, dextrose, skimmed MILK powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier : citrus fiber, thickeners : locust bean gum and guar gum, dried vanilla pods, natural vanilla extract.
