GENDER EQUALITY INDEX

For the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, indicators relating to the gender pay gap were calculated. The calculation of the 5 indicators yielded the following results:

Indicator 1 - Gender pay gap
Score obtained: 39/40

Indicator 2 - Difference in rate of increase between women and men
Score obtained: 20/20

Indicator 3 - Difference in promotion rates between women and men
Score obtained: 10/15  

Indicator 4 - Percentage of female employees receiving a raise within one year of returning from maternity leave
Score obtained: 0/15 .  

Progress objective: 15/15: Pierre Herme Paris has undertaken corrective measures by implementing a parenting guide in 2021.

Indicator 5 - Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid
Score obtained: 10/10

The index result is 79/100 for an index target of 94/100 for the year 2022.
