Ingredients: Sugar, ALMOND, EGG white, cream (MILK), cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, passion fruit puree, pear puree, orange cream, olive oil, butter (MILK), cocoa beans, lychee puree, fig puree, raspberry puree, WHEAT flour, HAZELNUT paste, cocoa paste, lemon juice, EGG, invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, Grand Marnier, whole MILK, sunflower oil, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, E407, E471), vanilla bean powder, cocoa powder (acidity regulator: E501), gracilaria seaweed powder, citrus fiber powder, natural vanilla extract, natural rose flavour, fleur de sel, fresh yeast, concentrated butter (MILK), natural pear flavour, skimmed MILK powder, fig leaf flavour, BARLEY malt extract, antioxidant: E300, colouring foodstuffs (turmeric, hibiscus, spirulina and apple concentrates) and colours (carmines, chlorophyllins, curcumin, vegetable charcoal).

Storage and consumption advices

Pierre Hermé Paris macarons should be consumed within 4 days following their purchase. Flavours are at their best when the macarons are kept at the bottom of the fridge (+4°C/ +6°C) and brought back to room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
Defrosted product, do not refreeze. Deep freezing allows us to limit the use of preservatives and guarantees you to enjoy the best organoleptic quality.
