Available in containers of 160ml and 500ml, ice creams and sorbets can be transported in our special insulated packaging containing a cooling insert which maintains its proper temperature for approximately 45 minutes.
Ingredients
Ingredients : Strawberry puree 37%, whole MILK, sugar, PISTACHIO 8%, cream (MILK), water, glucose syrup, EGG yolk, skimmed MILK powder, lemon juice, emulsifier : citrus fiber, thickeners : locust bean gum and guar gum, bitter ALMOND, Guerande salt.

Storage and consumption advices
