Pierre Hermé reinterprets the iconic Mogador in an exceptional galette. Passion fruit flavours are incorporated into the almond cream, while roasted pineapple and fruity ganache add tangy notes for a crispy, emotionally rich tasting experience.
Available in 3/4, 6/8 and 10/12-person formats.

Presence of dark rum in the vanilla syrup: cooked
Storage and consumption advices
Store at room temperature. The Galette can be eaten warm or at room temperature. To eat warm: preheat your oven to 150°C, and place the galette in the oven for 15 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
