A three-part tempo in which Pure Origin Belize, Cayo District, Xibun Plantation chocolate sets the tone, followed by the intense, woody notes of Madagascar vanilla and ending with the taste of chocolate punctuated with fleur de sel. A tasting experience full of contrasts, where the creaminess of the chocolate cream mingles with the sweetness of the vanilla ganache, underlined by the crispness of the chocolate shortbread and the crunchiness of the thin, crunchy chocolate leaves.
