On a crumbly shortbread base made with cornflour, dark chocolate meets the zesty freshness of raspberry in a signature flavour combination from Maison Pierre Hermé Paris. The fruit’s tangy freshness balances the slight bitterness of the cocoa in a smooth ganache. Crunchy raspberry pieces and a thin sheet of dark chocolate add a delicate crunch to the tasting experience, bringing texture and contrast to the whole.
Available as individual portions, and for collection from the Infiniment Chocolat shop on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only.

Store at 14°C. Leave at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
