Cinnamon flower and Quercy melon sorbet
Pierre Hermé has created an unexpected combination for this sorbet, in which the fresh, intense flavours of melon mingle with the mellow sweetness of cinnamon blossom. The subtle notes of cinnamon, with its warm, smooth facets, are intuitively placed on the fruit to enhance its flavour. Cinnamon reveals itself in a whole new light.
Available in 160ml or 500ml tubs. The ice creams can be transported in insulated packaging with a refrigerant cartridge to keep them cold for around 45 minutes.
