Pierre Hermé's interpretation of cheesecake, combining the flavours of pistachio and Morello cherry with a hint of salt. The voluptuousness of the pistachio cream, the light bitterness and delicate acidity of the Morello cherries create a well-balanced combination in which the fruits respond to each other with elegance and indulgence.
