In this vegan tart, Pierre Hermé reveals the many facets of the pecan nut. Enhanced by the deep aromas of walnut liqueur and the liquorice flavour of Okinawa brown sugar, the seasoned nuts reveal their full potential. A tart full of contrasts, combining the crunchiness of the pastry, the creaminess of the cream and the crunchiness of the pecan nougatine.
Available in individual, 3-4 and 6-8 person sizes.
