Pierre Hermé has created an infinitely gourmet dessert, an ode to the pistachio. A score full of contrasts where the textures, unctuous, light or more resistant, mingle with the multiple nuances of taste of the dried fruit. To allow the Iranian pistachio to fully express each of its facets, it is worked into a melting and crunchy praline that highlights its sweet bitterness.
