Red Berry sorbet & Fresh Mint Plant-based Ice Cream.
Pierre Hermé reinterprets the Miléna ice cream in a plant-based version, a red fruit sorbet and a mint plant ice cream with scents reminiscent of fresh plants. The marbling of the ice cream and sorbet, a signature of Pierre Hermé Paris, offers different sensations with every bite. In turn, red fruit and mint express themselves without ever masking the complicity of their association
Available in 160ml or 500ml tubs. The ice creams can be transported in insulated packaging with a refrigerant cartridge to keep them cold for around 45 minutes.

Ingredients : Oat drink (water, oat, sunflower oil, safflower oil, sea salt), strawberry puree 18%, sugar, raspberry 7%, water, coconut oil, mint 3%, wild strawberry 3%, blackcurrant 3%, redcurrant 3%, invert crystallised sugar syrup, glucose syrup, thickeners : locust bean gum and guar gum, emulsifier : citrus fiber, lemon juice.
