Coconut and Lime Ice Cream, Pineapple and Vanilla Sorbet & Caramelised Roasted Pineapple.
Designed in the style of an exotic cocktail, lime zest flavours the coconut ice cream, before giving way to the fruity notes of a pineapple sorbet rounded off with vanilla. For a sweet treat, the ice cream is punctuated with pieces of caramelised roasted pineapple.
Available in 160ml or 500ml tubs. The ice creams can be transported in insulated packaging with a refrigerant cartridge to keep them cold for around 45 minutes.

Ingredients : Pineapple puree 17%, coconut puree 16%, pineapple 13%, sugar, water, whole MILK, glucose syrup, invert crystallised sugar syrup, banana puree, cream (MILK), dextrose, skimmed MILK powder, lime and lemon juice, rhum, ginger, vanilla pods, lime zest, emulsifier : citrus fiber, thickeners : locust bean gum and guar gum, allspice.
