To bring his memories back to life, he has created an Infiniment Chocolat Pure Origin Ghana version, whose light, melt-in-the-mouth texture and sensation of cold contrast with a classic, well-baked shortcrust pastry and a nougatine with cocoa nibs, delicately placed on top.
