An invitation to travel, Dune is inspired by shifting expanses of golden sand whose appearance changes with the wind. A subtle harmony unfolds between roasted notes and the slight bitterness of pistachio, complemented by the crispy layers of roasted and salted corn praline. The textures are sometimes soft, sometimes creamy or crispy, for a tasting experience rich in sensations.
The roasted and slightly bitter flavour of the pistachio blends harmoniously with the salty and roasted notes of the grilled corn. The softness of the dacquoise contrasts with the creaminess of the pistachio cream and the crispiness of the flaky praline.
Available in individual, 3-4 and 6-8 person sizes.
