A cream puff of absolute indulgence, where the intensity of chocolate contrasts with the richness of hazelnut praline cream. The chocolate cream, made from chocolate and skim milk, is whipped like whipped cream, while the smooth praline cream is made from hazelnut oil and praline. The choux pastry uses hazelnut oil instead of butter to enhance the hazelnut flavor. The intense chocolate notes set the tone, followed by the soft texture of the puff and the flavors of hazelnut, before returning to the chocolate notes in a delightful back-and-forth. Chocolate shavings and hazelnuts crown the creation.
