Pistachio and orange blossom ice cream, roasted pistachio pieces.
Pierre Hermé combines orange blossom and pistachio to create an aromatic interlude inspired by the landscapes of Jordan. The subtle notes of Iranian pistachio and orange blossom harmonise and interplay, allowing the green notes of the pistachio to come to the fore at times, and at others evoking the enchanting scents of the delicate white blossom.
The pistachio blends beautifully with the scent of orange blossom, which brings out the sweet notes of the nut. The textures alternate between the smooth creaminess of the ice cream and the crunch of the chopped pistachios.
Available in 160ml or 500ml tubs. The ice creams can be transported in insulated packaging with a refrigerant cartridge to keep them cold for around 45 minutes.

Storage and consumption advices
