Pierre Hermé celebrates the clean, full rounded lines of the sculptures of François Pompon, visionary late 19th century sculptor. Strawberry and passion fruit add a tangy touch to rabbits and hens. Blond chocolate, with toasty notes of biscuit, lightly caramelised and a sprinkling of salt, complete this oh-so-delicious menagerie.  For purists, there is, of course, Pure Origin dark chocolate from the Millot plantation in Madagascar with 68% cocoa, as well as the signature milk chocolate by Pierre Hermé Paris. Each creation, with the exception of the smallest models, are filled with an assortment of mini chocolate eggs.
