The pastry-chocolatier honours the sleek, curving forms of the sculptures of François Pompon, visionary sculptor of the late nineteenth century. These chocolate hens and rabbits display smooth, full and rounded shapes that pay tribute to the powerful grace and portrayal of motion evident in the creations of François Pompon.

Purists will of course find the Maison's milk chocolate. Each piece, with the exception of the smallest ones, will be filled with an assortment of small eggs.
