Caramel ice cream, macaron, caramel sauce.

Combining the world of the macaroon with that of ice cream, Pierre Hermé has created an infinitely soft ice cream with salted butter caramel. The macaroon cookie brings its singular consistency and its slight bitterness in small touches, creating a delicious contrast of textures where the softness predominates.

Available in a 160ml container, the ice creams can be transported in an insulated packaging with a refrigerant cartridge allowing a cold conservation for about 45 minutes.

Ingredients : Whole MILK, sugar, cream (MILK), demi-salt butter (MILK), ALMOND powder, butter (MILK), skimmed MILK powder, glucose syrup, EGG yolk, white EGG, emulsifier : citrus fiber, thickeners : locust bean gum and guar gum, food colouring (curcuma, apple and hibiscus concentrates), salt flower, colour : curcumin.
