This cake is characterised by the fullness of the sweet and suave fragrance of the Piedmont hazelnut, underlined by the caramelised notes of the praline. You can perceive the contrast of textures between the softness of the cake, the melting and crispy praline, the smoothness of the cream and the crunchiness of the caramelised hazelnuts.
