The Infiniment Chocolat tart is transformed into a plant-based version with intense notes. To bring out the unique aromas of Pure Origin chocolate from Ecuador, Plantation Hacienda Eleonor, Pierre Hermé has created a creamy ganache with no cream, allowing the chocolate to express its ripe fruit aromas and warm spice notes more vividly.
A metamorphosis enhanced by the cocoa nib praline, accompanied by the lightness of a chocolate chantilly.
Available in individual, 4 and 8 servings size.
