Like the hills of sand whose curves change with the wind, Dune is one of those disconcerting compositions. The roasted and slightly bitter flavours of Iranian pistachios are combined with the salty notes of grilled corn. Playing with textures to bring out the best in each flavour, Pierre Hermé combines the creaminess of the pistachio cream with the softness of a dacquoise biscuit and the crunchiness of a flaky praline with grilled corn.

An invitation to travel, Dune is inspired by the shifting expanses of golden sand whose appearance changes with the winds. A subtle score is played out between the roasted notes and slight bitterness of the pistachio and the flaky crunch of the roasted and salted corn praline. The textures are sometimes soft, sometimes creamy or crunchy, for a tasting experience rich in sensations.
