    This dessert highlights the flavour of lemon in all its facets, striking the perfect balance between fragrance, acidity and bitterness. The crisp shortcrust pastry contrasts with the creaminess of the Chantilly cream, the strength of the lemon awakens the sweetness of the meringue and the citrus flavours enhance the light lemon cream. Infiniment Citron shortbread pastry, lemon biscuit with olive oil, lemon jelly, light cream and lemon Chantilly cream, crispy lemon meringue.
