An ode to chocolate, the Nomade Origine Yule Log celebrates the chocolate from Hacienda Eleonor in Ecuador. In this oblong-shaped dessert, Pierre Hermé highlights all the facets of this exceptional chocolate in a play of contrasting textures where the chocolate flavours are gradually released.

Pierre Hermé Paris offers Nomades Pastries, reinterpreting the Fetish flavors of la Maison, available all year round on the website, making them accessible anywhere in metropolitan France.
Pierre Hermé has created the Nomades: pastry entremets with the House's emblematic flavors: Ispahan, Orphéo, Origine, Jardin de l'Atlas and Infiniment Praliné Noisette. This proposal is distinguished by its oblong shape. The purity of the latter hides a tasty dessert, an explosion of flavors and delicious contrasts of textures, for more emotions and sensations. Pierre Hermé Paris uses technology at its best. Sending these cakes in negative cold (-18°C) preserves all their aesthetic and gustatory qualities. After defrosting in the positive cold, the negative cold allows the cakes to regain their optimal taste quality.
