In an ode to mandarin, Pierre Hermé has created an infinitely fresh Yule log in which the citrus fruit unfurls its aromas and slight acidity. Gingerbread is used as a seasoning, adding texture and Christmas flavours to prolong the indulgence. 

Available in individual, 3-4 and 6-8 person sizes. 

Storage and consumption advices

Store in its box in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Cut sufficiently large slices using a knife that has been dipped in hot water and wiped dry.
