Pierre Hermé combines Pure Origin Belize dark chocolate from the Cayo District, Xibun Plantation, with an unexpected pairing that gives it the unique flavour of black lemon. Initially dominated by chocolate, the empyreumatic flavours of citrus then come through to prolong the aromas of dark chocolate with its sweet bitterness and fragrances.
Available in individual, 3-4 and 6-8 person formats.
Storage and consumption advices
Store in its box in the refrigerator at 4°C and remove the log two hours before serving. Cut sufficiently large slices using a knife that has been dipped in hot water and wiped dry.
