CONFITURE ISPAHAN

Jam with two layers, superposed: one layer of litchi jam flavoured with rose and another of raspberry jam. Mix the layers together upon opening. A recipe by Pierre Hermé prepared in Alsace by Christine Ferber, using fresh fruit only.


One size: 220 g jar

Storage and consumption : after opening, refrigerate and consume within one week.
