INFINITELY ALMOND GALETTE DES ROIS
Pierre Hermé plays an ode to the almond. Like an invitation to enter the wavy design, the must-try galette celebrates all the facets of taste of the dried fruit. In a play of textures where the golden and crispy puff pastry invites you to indulge, an almond cream is revealed where the delicately roasted dried fruits bring intensity and magic to the tasting.

ENORA GALETTE DES ROIS
The cake with its relief sculpted by the buckwheat chips is revealed, delicately chiseled. In the crunchy puff pastry made with buckwheat, a tasty almond cream punctuated with buckwheat seeds and pieces of hazelnut praline takes shape

ATLAS GARDEN GALETTE DES ROIS
Pierre Hermé reinterprets the flavors of the Atlas Garden in this flaky cake shaded by an ice cream rose, an imaginary flower picked in the garden of the four seasons. The oriental flavors of orange blossom are invited into the almond cream before joining with those of honey for a tangy and fresh finish with notes of lemon on a background of crispy puff pastry.

INFINITELY PRALINE PISTACHIO PUFF PASTRY BRIOCHE
Unexpectedly, the puff pastry of the galette becomes a brioche. With its voluptuous golden shape and soft texture, the brioche hides a heart of Iranian pistachio praline, highlighting the delicacy of the dried fruit and its infinite deliciousness.
