When tasting this Galette, one first experiences the crispness of the puff pastry. The almond and butter flavours are highlighted by hints of vanilla and old dark agricole rum.
Available in 3/4 servings, 6/8 servings or 10/12 servings.
Preheat your oven to 150°C. Warm your Galette in the oven for 10 minutes. Take it out and let it sit for a good quarter of an hour before cutting into it to serve.
Consume within two days.

A cup of Pierre Hermé brand tea (Ispahan, Jardin de Pierre) will go perfectly with your Galette. Otherwise, choose a Sauternes, Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, Barsac, a muscat wine from Corsica or a demi-sec champagne.
