Pierre Hermé's New Book


For the launch of his book dedicated to ISPAHAN, a subtle combination of Rose, Raspberry, and Litchi, Pierre Hermé invited you to share your feelings about Ispahan creations. 

Thank you for your contributions already received.  It is no longer possible to send additional submissions. 
We will contact all fans whose projects have been selected, as soon as possible. 

The publication date  of  the book  ISPAHAN, by Editions de La Martinière is September 2013.  

This book will focus on recipes and original photos of the various interpretations of this flavor combination. Contributions by notable Ispahan fans will also be included in this book.
