PRODUCTION OF PIERRE HERME PARIS® PRODUCTS
Every day, our pastry chefs in Paris, Tokyo, and Alsace duplicate the same recipes, working carefully and with the finest of ingredients. Along with the staff of the Pierre Hermé Paris® boutiques, our pastry chefs share a passion for their work and a keen attention to detail.
Periodically throughout the year, and independent of the seasonal calendar, Pierre Hermé Paris® boutiques present special selections of delectable pleasures and surprises which focus on the “Fetish” flavours of Pierre Hermé. Ispahan, Mogador, Sarah, Plenitude… these are just a few of the Fetish flavour sensations which he has created. The result: numerous new recipes, original Pierre Hermé creations, which are available but for a limited period of time.
