PLACING AN INTERNET ORDER

Pierre Hermé Paris® products may be ordered online at www.pierreherme.com. You will find products grouped by category (including Macarons, Pastries, and Chocolate Bonbons) by clicking on “Shop Online” or by flavour (Ispahan, Lemon, Praliné…) by selecting “Photo Gallery”.

You may select Home Delivery (France & Europe) or Boutique Pick-Up from 185 rue de Vaugirard, 75015 Paris.

Once you have completed your selection and your products are in your cart, confirm your order by following these steps:

  1. Confirmation of your cart
  2. Log-in to your account
    • If you already have an account, enter your email address and your password
    • If you do not already have an account (first-time customers): complete the “create your account” questionnaire and indicate your billing address (this information will be kept for future orders)
  3. Selection of billing address
  4. Selection of delivery address
  5. Selection of date for delivery or boutique pick-up
  6. Integration of a gift message
  7. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
  8. Order confirmation
  9. Secure credit card order payment

IMPORTANT: It is not possible to select “home delivery” and “boutique pick-up” in one order. Please place two separate orders when you desire both of these services.

HOME DELIVERY

Pierre Hermé Paris® delivers throughout France and to most European countries. Orders for home delivery must be placed on our internet site www.pierreherme.com. Select your delivery day (Monday through Saturday, depending on location).

Delivery is free of charge for orders to Metropolitan France and Monaco totaling over 80€ (merchandise and applicable VAT, but not including delivery charge).

Due to the delicate nature of our pastries, viennoiseries and other particularly fragile products, they are not available for home delivery.

Special attention is given to the preparation of our products for shipping. Orders are sent via express delivery service. Products are protected and kept at an optimal temperature throughout the transportation process.

BOUTIQUE PICK-UP-185 rue de Vaugirard

Avoid the wait and confirm the availability of your desired products thanks to our Boutique Pick-Up service. In just a few clicks, you can place your online order and pick it up directly at our boutique located at 185 rue de Vaugirard, 75015 Paris. Choose the day and time that you wish to pick up your order.

COURRIER DELIVERY

Pierre Herme´ Paris® products may be delivered throughout Paris and the Paris Region.
This service is available 7/7.
You can select a delivery date and hour on any day.

The deliveries will be made by refrigerated truck.

TO MODIFY AN INTERNET ORDER

Before order payment has been processed:
You may modify any part of your purchase as long as the order has not been validated by our secure payment system.

After order payment has been processed:
For any order modifications (change of billing or delivery address, delivery date, etc.), please contact our Customer Service Department by email or by telephone:

  • at least two working days before the original delivery date if the delivery address is in France
  • at least three working days before the original delivery date if the delivery address is outside of France.

IMPORTANT- It is not possible to add products to an order after payment has been processed. If you wish to modify the contents of your order there are two possibilities:

  • Place an additional order while keeping the same delivery specifications (address and date). Then contact our Customer Service Department (by email or by telephone) to alert them to regroup these two orders into one single order.

  • Cancel your original order by contacting our Customer Service Department (by email or by telephone) and then enter a replacement order containing all desired products.

For an order picked-up or delivered on the same day, any modifications (delivery adress, pick-up time frame or delivery time frame) could be guaranteed, after your order confirmation.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR INTERNET ORDER

Home delivery :

  1. Once you have finished ordering and your payment has been validated, you will immediately receive a confirmation email, containing your order number.
  2. Your bill will then be sent to you in a following email.
  3. A third email will be sent, once your order departs our order preparation ateliers and is transferred to our delivery service provider (Chronopost). Your Chronopost shipment order number is indicated on this third email. This number may be used to track your order directly at www.chronopost.fr.

Boutique Pick-Up:

  1. Once you have finished ordering and your payment has been validated, you will immediately receive a confirmation email, containing your order number.
  2. 1.Your bill will then be sent to you in a following email. This bill will be requested when you pick up your order in the boutique.

Delivery by courrier :

  1.  Once you have finished ordering and your payment has been validated, you will immediately receive a confirmation email, containing your order number.
  2. Your bill will be available from My account.

ONLINE PAYMENT CONDITIONS

All online orders, whether for home delivery or Boutique Pick-Up, must be paid online by credit card, via a secured transaction.
Payment by check or cash is not accepted.
It is not possible to pay for orders at the time of pick-up or delivery.

RESERVING PRODUCTS BY INTERNET

Certain seasonal or limited edition products are available during only limited periods. We aim to showcase these products online as early as possible, and before their actual availability date. You are able to exclusively preview and preorder these items and be assured of their availability on the date selected.

SPECIAL OFFER CODE

If you have received a “Special offer code” number, you must indicate this in the space provided in your order summary.
The amount of your Special offer code is automatically deducted from payment due.

PERSONAL MESSAGE

Whether it be a home delivery or a Boutique Pick-Up, we offer you the possibility to include a personal message with your order.
A space is provided for this.
Your message will be printed on Pierre Hermé Paris® letterhead, placed in an envelope, and included with your order.

When sending a gift, we recommend that you include a personalized message as there will be no invoice or other document indicating your name included in the order package.
