PICK-UP FROM OUR STORE
With our Boutique Pick-Up Service you can order Pierre Hermé Paris® products on our website and pick them up at our boutique located at 185 rue de Vaugirard, 75015 Paris (Pasteur metro station). You avoid waiting in line and are assured of the availability of your order.
You can place an order online up until 6:00 p.m. the day prior to desired pick-up date.
PICK-UP YOUR PRODUCTS ON THE SAME DAY
Subject to availability of our products, you can place your order online between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, and pick it up on the same day.

At this time it is not possible to pick up an order at a boutique other than 185, rue de Vaugirard.
On our website, products available via the Boutique Pick-Up service are indicated with the symbol:
COLLECTING YOUR ORDER
When you place your order online you will be able to specify the desired pick-up date and time frame:
- Between 10:00 a.m. and 12 noon
- Between noon and 2:00 p.m.
- Between 2:00 p.m. and 5 p.m.
- Between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. (except sundays)
Your order will be prepared fresh the day you have specified for pick-up.
To collect your order, please go directly to the cashier with the invoice you received by email.
If you were not able to print it, please provide the attendant with your first and last name, and telephone number.
You may also ask someone else to pick up your order for you. In this case he or she should present the emailed invoice, or provide the first and last names and telephone number of the person who has placed the order.
If you are delayed in coming to pick up your order it will be put aside for you until the end of the day store closing time. After that point, the order will no longer be available and will be considered as forfeited.
MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
You may modify the day and/or the time of order pick-up by contacting our customer service department by 4:00 p.m., one working day before the original pick-up date.
You may cancel your order by contacting our customer service department by 4:00 p.m. one working day before the original pick-up date. Credits are only possible for orders whose cancellation has been confirmed, via email, by our Customer Service Department.
