(litchi, rose and raspberry)
Jam with two layers, superimposed: one layer of litchi jam flavored with rose and another of raspberry jam. Mix well when you open the jar, before eating. A recipe by Pierre Hermé prepared by Christine Ferber.
This jam is great on sliced toast or brioche at breakfast or teatime, this jam also goes beautifully with crepes, French toast, waffles or ice cream.
Recommended beverages : coffee, tea, water, hot chocolate or chocolate milk.
Storage and consumption : after opening, refrigerate and consume within one week.
